Army Sgt. Maj. Garric M. Banfield, currently assigned as the Civil Affairs Proponent sergeant major, U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, has been selected to replace Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Teagle as the command senior enlisted leader for Special Operations Joint Task Force – Afghanistan.

Boehmer as the command senior enlisted leader for U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.
